Matte black powder-coated profiles:
Powder coating is a specific treatment reserved for metal or raw aluminum materials. A powder paint charged with static electricity is sprayed and will naturally settle (like small magnets) over the entire surface of the profiles. This process makes it possible to cover all the corners of the taried piece in a uniform manner. After being powder coated, the part is passed through an oven where it will be heated for 20 minutes at 200°C. This process is called polymerization.
